This update finishes off The Arena Guild and adds in two new quests. The Ramblings of a Madwoman quest takes you across all the districts in the game, so if you're confused as to where to go, you'll likely have to head to another district. If there are any problems or bugs, make sure to let me know.

-One of the apartments in the Lower Construct has opened up

-Cecilia now has a brand new CG for her Grind Sexual Ability

-Small easter egg in the Abandoned Radio Station
